The experience begins with a direct view into the open kitchen, where regional Austrian ingredients are reimagined through a lens of Japanese technique and bold Asian accents. Expect precise dishes like king crab with yuzu kosho or veal sweetbreads paired with truffle and lemon leaf. The interior avoids fine-dining tropes, opting instead for modern art and individual design details that create a relaxed, residential feel.
