Philip's Animal Garden.
Philip’s Animal Garden functions more as a sanctuary than a traditional zoo, serving as a non-profit rehabilitation center for mistreated and abandoned wildlife. Located in the desert landscape of Noord, the facility houses over 50 species ranging from exotic birds and monkeys to reptiles and local livestock. The experience is intentionally hands-on; upon entry, visitors receive a bag of specialized food to interact with the goats, deer, and donkeys along the well-maintained tropical paths. While the more formidable residents—like the crocodiles and boa constrictors—are kept at a safe distance, the atmosphere remains intimate and educational. The focus is squarely on conservation and rescue efforts, with ticket proceeds directly funding the medical care and housing of the animals.
