Garden of the Gods.
Serving as the gateway to the city’s famous 1,300-acre National Natural Landmark, this visitor center is designed to orient you before you head into the red rocks. Inside, the space functions as a high-tech museum, featuring a 3D dinosaur mural, the Geologic Time Tunnel, and the world's only *Theiophytalia kerri* dinosaur fossil. Interactive exhibits unpack how these massive sandstone formations were shaped, while the Geo-Trekker theater screens a chronological history of the landscape every 20 minutes. It is also the practical hub for the park: you can pick up free maps, join daily guided nature walks, or book Jeep, Segway, trolley, and e-bike tours. Before heading out, step onto the terrace for one of the most photographed panoramic views of the park.
