Hoof brings a sophisticated, equestrian-inspired aesthetic to Ras Al Khaimah’s coffee scene. Designed by Bone Studio, the interior is a brutalist take on countryside horse stalls, featuring tactile lime-plaster walls, hand-brushed steel counters, and semi-exposed concrete floors. The minimalist, industrial vibe is softened by a gallery of saddles and horseshoes that reflects the founders’ passion for show jumping. On the bar, the focus is strictly on high-scoring specialty beans sourced from over a dozen countries and roasted by Archers. While the coffee—ranging from precise manual brews to competition-grade micro-lots—is the main draw, the menu also includes European-style pastries and light bistro fare. It is a quiet, textural space that prioritizes craftsmanship over clutter.
