Fujairah Museum.
Located in the city's historic Al Sharyah district, Fujairah Museum offers a direct, unvarnished look at the region’s excavated past. Established in 1991, this compact, five-hall museum houses around 2,100 artifacts recovered from local archaeological digs in Al Badiyah, Dibba, and Qidfa. Rather than presenting generic regional history, the collection focuses on highly specific local finds dating from the Bronze Age through the Hellenistic period. Highlights include a 3,000-year-old ostrich egg bowl, ancient weaponry, and a reconstructed U-shaped tomb, alongside a replicated traditional spice souq that adds a tactile element to the exhibits. Situated just a short walk from the historic Fujairah Fort, it serves as an easy, budget-friendly anchor for a heritage walk through the old city center.
