Tunnel of Love.
Located near Klevan, the Tunnel of Love is a striking example of nature reclaiming industrial infrastructure. This active, five-kilometer stretch of railway is wrapped in a dense, naturally formed canopy of trees and shrubs that creates a seamless green corridor over the tracks. While a train still passes through several times a day to serve a local fiberboard factory, the rest of the time the path belongs to walkers. It is a wildly popular spot for couples and photographers, drawn by local folklore promising that sincere wishes made here come true. The tunnel’s character shifts dramatically with the seasons—from the lush, vibrant green of summer to the golden hues of autumn and the stark, snow-dusted arches of winter—making this accidental landmark a year-round draw.
