CaixaForum València.
Housed within the futuristic Ágora building in the City of Arts and Sciences, CaixaForum València rejects the traditional "white box" museum model in favor of a biological architectural concept. Designed by Enric Ruiz-Geli, the interior functions like a living organism: the offices resemble a palm tree, the educational area is shaped like a cloud, and the auditorium is an "inverted forest." This striking environment hosts a rotating program of high-caliber exhibitions that bridge the gap between ancient history, modern science, and contemporary art. Beyond the galleries, the space serves as a cultural hub with a 300-seat auditorium for live performances and a restaurant set amidst a garden of aromatic plants. It is a rare venue where the internal landscape is as much of a draw as the world-class collections it temporarily hosts.
