Playa de Muro.
Playa de Muro stretches for six kilometers along Mallorca’s northern coast, offering a more spacious, natural alternative to the island's busier resort beaches. Fringed by dunes and pine trees, this expansive sweep of fine white sand is famous for its exceptionally shallow, calm turquoise water, making it a favorite for families. Regular coastal breezes also draw windsurfers, kitesurfers, and sailors to its open waters. The beach transitions from fully serviced zones with sunbeds and lively beach clubs to quieter, undeveloped stretches. Adding to its appeal is its immediate proximity to the S’Albufera Natural Park, Mallorca’s premier wetland, allowing visitors to easily swap sunbathing for a walk or cycle among native birdlife and marshlands.
