San Jose Flea Market.

Operating since 1960, the San Jose Flea Market is less of a neighborhood swap meet and more of a sprawling, 120-acre open-air destination. This massive Berryessa landmark brings together over a thousand vendor stalls selling everything from vintage collectibles, clothes, and furniture to tools and fresh produce along a quarter-mile farmers market. It functions as a lively community hub where treasure hunting is paired with a festival atmosphere, complete with a carousel, mini Ferris wheel, and rotating food trucks. Dozens of concession stands dish out fairground classics and excellent Mexican street food, while the Garden at the Flea area hosts popular night markets on seasonal Friday evenings. Located steps from the Berryessa BART station, it remains a classic, high-energy Bay Area weekend ritual.
