Twins Garden.
Twins Garden is a high-concept study in Russian terroir and technical precision. Run by identical twin chefs Ivan and Sergey Berezutsky, the kitchen draws approximately 70% of its produce from the brothers' own 50-hectare farm in the Kaluga region, allowing for a rare degree of seasonal control and self-sufficiency. The menu is a minimalist exploration of dualities, frequently pairing ingredients that look identical but differ wildly in flavor. Beyond the "gastronomic laboratory" and open kitchen, the space features Russia’s most expansive wine list, housing over 1,000 labels. Located atop a building on Strastnoy Boulevard, the dining room is accessed via private elevator and offers sweeping views of the city center, matching the sophisticated, experimental nature of the plates with a polished, panoramic atmosphere.
