Katara Cultural Village is Doha’s purpose-built arts and heritage district, stretching along the waterfront between West Bay and The Pearl. Designed to evoke a traditional Qatari village with its winding alleyways, courtyards, and distinctive pigeon towers, the complex serves as a lively hub for the city's creative scene. Within its borders, visitors will find the massive open-air amphitheater, the Katara Opera House, art galleries, and two intricately designed mosques. It is also home to major institutions like the Qatar Philharmonic Orchestra and a state-of-the-art planetarium.
