The duo transitioned from the UK culinary scene to Central Portugal, establishing a space that balances technical precision with a relaxed, domestic atmosphere. Czech-born chef Petr leads the kitchen with a focus on seasonal, European-rooted set menus rather than a traditional à la carte selection. This format allows for a concentrated focus on local produce, resulting in standout dishes like his signature truffle and mascarpone risotto or inventive desserts featuring fig leaf and crème fraîche. While the weekday lunch caters to a quicker pace, the evening service is designed for a deliberate dining experience.
