Temple of Leah.
Perched on a hillside overlooking Cebu City, the Temple of Leah is a grand, Greco-Roman style monument built as a modern-day testament to love. Commissioned in 2012 by businessman Teodorico Adarna as a tribute to his late wife, Leah, this imposing structure is often dubbed the "Taj Mahal of Cebu." The complex blends classical antiquity with Renaissance influences, featuring towering columns, grand stone staircases, brass angels, and a central bronze statue of Leah. Inside its 24 chambers, visitors can browse the family’s vast personal collections of books, antiques, and travel memorabilia. Beyond the dramatic architecture, the temple’s massive terrace serves as an incredible viewing deck, offering panoramic, unobstructed views of the city skyline and the surrounding mountains.
