Housed in a 1914 Belle Époque mansion originally built as a coastal summer retreat, Hotel B serves as a living gallery in the heart of Lima’s artsy Barranco district. Designed by French architect Claude Sahut, the property retains its historic grandeur through high ceilings, Italian marble, and original wood finishes, while a contemporary wing adds modern context. The experience is defined by its deep ties to the local art scene; the hallways are lined with works from private Latin American collections, and the hotel shares a direct connection with the nearby Lucía de la Puente gallery. Guests congregate in the dark-wood bar for traditional pisco sours or retreat to the rooftop deck for views toward the Pacific.
