Sedlo pass.

Reaching 1,907 meters in the heart of Durmitor National Park, Sedlo Pass is Montenegro’s highest paved mountain pass. Located along the scenic P14 route, this dramatic crossing slices through a raw karst landscape defined by limestone peaks, alpine meadows, and sheer drop-offs. The drive itself is an adventure—a narrow, winding road with minimal guardrails that delivers sweeping views of the sharp Stožina peak and the valleys below. Beyond the panoramic drive, the pass serves as the primary trailhead for serious hikers, most notably those embarking on the demanding trek to Bobotov Kuk, the park's highest summit. Visited mostly between May and October when the snow clears, Sedlo offers a stark, high-altitude wilderness experience occasionally dotted with grazing summer livestock.
