Hidden Beach.

Hidden inside a hollowed-out volcanic crater on the uninhabited Marietas Islands, Playa del Amor (famously known as Hidden Beach) is one of Mexico’s most surreal natural wonders. Reaching this secluded sandy cavern is an adventure in itself: visitors must arrive by boat and swim through a narrow, 80-foot water tunnel at low tide, wearing life jackets and snorkeling masks to protect the delicate seabed. Once inside, you are greeted by a sunlit, white-sand oasis ringed by towering rock walls that completely shut out the open ocean. As a protected national park and UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, access is strictly regulated to preserve the rich marine life, which includes sea turtles, manta rays, and nesting blue-footed boobies, making the brief visit feel like a rare, privileged encounter with untouched nature.
