SOLO Pizza Napulitana.
Tucked away in an unassuming corner of Al-Mirqab, SOLO Pizza Napulitana eschews the typical sprawling Italian menu to focus entirely on doing one thing exceptionally well. Founded by Amr Al-Rifai after a research trip to Italy, this intimate, low-key spot centers around a roaring wood-fired oven that bakes pies in just 60 seconds at 460°C. As Kuwait’s first pizzeria certified by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN), the kitchen strictly adheres to traditional Neapolitan standards, producing hand-stretched dough with a perfectly charred, pillowy crust. The compact dining room features just a handful of tables, creating a straightforward, no-frills atmosphere where the focus remains entirely on signature pies like the Margo and the fiery Ring Of Faya.
