Corte Campioli.
Perched in the rolling hills of the Marche region, Corte Campioli is a 150-year-old country estate reimagined through a lens of clean, modern architecture. Hosts Sabine and Christian Blumrath have transformed the historic structure into a collection of seven individualized rooms and apartments that balance rural nostalgia with minimalist design. The property centers around a 14-meter pool and a former hay shelter, which now serves as a summer kitchen for open-air breakfasts. Life here is intentionally slow; guests can grab a bottle from the "honesty bar" featuring local wines or join communal pasta nights in the converted stable. It’s a functional base for exploring the nearby Frasassi Caves, though the olive groves and e-bike trails right outside the gate provide plenty of reason to stay put.
