The design leans into its surroundings with corrugated steel and aluminum accents, creating a space that feels like a lively house party rather than a formal venue. The drinks program is a serious draw, featuring craft beers from Great State Aleworks—including a smoked-malt Scotch ale—alongside inventive cocktails that use local ingredients, like feni infused with overripe Moira bananas. The food menu matches this creative energy, offering sharp, contemporary takes on Goan flavors through dishes like baked chonak with kokum butter and sourdough crisps, or prawn chorizo gambas.
