Opened in mid-2024 by co-founders Arijit Bose and Francis Coelho, the bar was completely rebuilt after a devastating fire just weeks after its debut, adding a layer of resilience to its maritime charm. The nautical theme is anchored by an impressive collection of global and Indian rums, showcased in balanced pours like the signature Outrigger. Guests gather for the sea views rather than a quick drink, pairing complex cocktails with a compact, clever menu featuring dishes like citrus-cured "Fancy Chonak" and chorizo hummus. It is a distinct, laid-back alternative to Goa’s standard beach shacks.
