Casadelmar.
Casadelmar occupies a prime "pieds dans l'eau" position on the Gulf of Porto-Vecchio, where the architecture is designed to dissolve into the three hectares of surrounding Mediterranean gardens. Eschewing traditional coastal ornament, architect Jean-François Bodin used wood, glass, and a restrained silhouette to ensure the landscape remains the focus. Each of the 34 rooms and suites features a private panoramic terrace where the sea isn't just a view, but the primary design element. The culinary program is a major draw, anchored by a two-Michelin-starred restaurant where Chef Fabio Bragagnolo blends Corsican and Italian influences. Between the 25-meter heated infinity pool, the ESPA spa, and a private jetty, the experience is one of quiet, architectural luxury.
