NOA Chef’s Hall.
NOA Chef’s Hall operates as an intimate, high-concept dining room tucked within a larger seaside pavilion on the edge of Tallinn Bay. While its sister restaurant is more casual, the Chef’s Hall is a choreographed evening-only affair centered on an open kitchen and live fire. The experience begins with an aperitif in a lounge overlooking the water before moving to the glass-walled dining room, where the city skyline serves as a backdrop. The multi-course tasting menu is technically driven and rooted in seasonal Nordic ingredients, often featuring foraged produce alongside luxury staples like caviar and lobster. Expect a strong emphasis on smoke and flame-cooking, with some courses served directly at the chef's counter to bridge the gap between the kitchen and the table. It is a polished, precise destination that remains one of Estonia’s most ambitious culinary exports.
