Aromi brings a refined slice of the Mediterranean to Vinohrady, focusing heavily on fresh seafood and high-quality imports from small-scale Italian producers. Founded by chef Riccardo Lucque, the kitchen prioritizes simplicity and tradition, using olive oil sourced from his family’s own 500-year-old groves. The menu balances classic pasta with more adventurous seafood dishes, such as braised artichokes with herring or crab-meat strozzapreti. The interior, designed by Studio NOE, avoids tired tropes in favor of an elegant mix of rustic wood, handmade parchment lighting, and a golden-painted fireplace. With a vast selection of Italian cheeses and an extensive grappa list, the experience feels complete. During warmer months, the shaded terrace overlooking Náměstí Míru provides one of the city's best spots for an alfresco lunch or a relaxed glass of wine.
