Hotel Perk occupies a meticulously restored 1931 functionalist landmark, formerly known as Hotel Grand, in the heart of Šumperk. Reopened in 2023, the property bridges its architectural heritage with a sharp, contemporary interior that avoids unnecessary ornament. The 35 rooms are split between views of the town’s green spaces and the distant Jeseníky peaks. The experience is anchored by a ground-floor restaurant led by chef Jan Malý, which prioritizes regional ingredients and mountain-inspired flavors. Above, the rooftop wellness area features saunas and an outdoor terrace with sweeping views.
