Situated on the Lungomare Plaza with a direct view of the marina and the illuminated silhouette of St. Euphemia, Agli Amici Rovinj is the first restaurant in Croatia to hold two Michelin stars. A collaboration between the Scarello family of Udine and local artisans, the kitchen merges the traditions of Friuli Venezia Giulia with Istrian terroir. The experience is defined by two distinct tasting journeys: "Rovinj," which focuses on the Adriatic’s pristine seafood, and "Istria," which highlights the land's meat and vegetables. Expect technical precision in dishes like scampo alla busara served as raw tartare or grilled cuttlefish decorated with coastal wildflowers. The atmosphere transitions from sunset finger foods on the terrace to a refined indoor dining room, paired with a wine list that champions local Croatian labels alongside international heavyweights.
