Life here revolves around a central courtyard anchored by a quiet meditation pool, channeling an aesthetic of Oriental wabi-sabi. Light-filled rooms—some boasting direct views of the city wall—feel like private spas, complete with cocooning decor, freestanding tubs, and Acqua di Parma bath products. With an art space, a gym, a sleek Chinese restaurant, and a bar serving cocktails inspired by dynastic history, this design-forward retreat feels remarkably complete for its intimate size.
