Lunch features an approachable à la carte menu, while dinner transitions to sophisticated four- and six-course tasting menus—including plant-forward options—that reinvent familiar classics like beef lok lak with refined techniques and zero-waste practices. The design is just as intentional as the plate, featuring indoor tables beneath a ceiling painted with the floor plan of Bayon Temple, alongside iconic outdoor swing seats for a more relaxed, open-air meal.
