Midalidare Estate has transformed the quiet Thracian Valley village of Mogilovo into a full-scale wine resort. Spanning more than 160 hectares across the hilly southern slopes of Sredna Gora, the estate benefits from a climate of hot days, cool nights, and diverse soils—from limestone to red clay—which winemakers use to craft terroir-driven still and traditional-method sparkling wines.
