Circuito Superior.
The Circuito Superior offers a bird’s-eye perspective of Iguazú Falls, trading the misty roar of the canyon floor for panoramic views from above the cataracts. This flat, highly accessible 1,750-meter walkway spans the upper basin, suspended directly over the edge where the river plunges into the abyss. Walking the trail takes about two hours, leading visitors across a sequence of overlooks including Bosetti, Adán y Eva, and Mbiguá. Rather than focusing on a single dramatic viewpoint, the circuit reveals the sheer scale of the entire horseshoe-shaped system, looking out over San Martín Island and across to the Brazilian side of the gorge. Starting near the Estación Cataratas train stop, it is a low-effort, high-reward route perfect for understanding the geography of the falls without the climb.
