El Enemigo.
Part winery, part private-world experience, this Chachingo destination is the personal project of celebrated enologist Alejandro Vigil. Built around his home, the restaurant offers a multi-sensory journey structured around Dante’s *Divine Comedy*. Diners transition from the "Infierno"—a subterranean cellar lined with wine barrels and local art—through "Purgatorio" and into the light-filled "Paraíso." This dramatic narrative frames a contemporary Argentine menu designed by chef Matías Podestá. The dining experience is highly interactive; instead of standard pairings, guests are served three different wines with each course to compare and contrast. Seamlessly merging architecture, literature, and bold winemaking, it is one of Mendoza's most transportive dining spots.
